I would call it a stripe since the black markings are running vertically from head to tail as opposed to horizontally. I hope you're having a good breeding season. I recommend that you continue to educate yourself about the possible outcomes of your breeding so you know what to expect, can identify what morph the hatchlings represent, and let buyers know about any recessive genes your geckos may be carrying.
Thank you. Mum is hypo, dad is high yellow. This little one threw us as not what we expected from that cross but is staying put with us. Any more this season have homes lined up
That's great that you have homes for them. I think sometimes the stripe gene isn't expressed visibly in the gecko. I also don't think it's clear whether the stripe gene is dominant/recessive or if it's polygenetic.
