Thanks.
Sorry for my English.
He hatched this morning. It is very difficult to photograph his eyes. His eyes kept closing. I can not say with certainty that he had red eyes. But it is very similar to that.
I am confused by the fact that these same parents have been very different babies
This sometimes happens?
You know, now that I look closer, I kinda think I see a pupil in that babies eye...
Maybe there's no eclipse involved, but def. tremper, and the other two look like enigmas but the one in this thread doesn't. Maybe that's the difference. I'm still pretty new at this myself, so don't just take my word for it. Someone else will chime in eventually that knows more.
But of all three kids no one is classic Tremper Albino or I'm wrong? Until I got 2 Enigmas TA (Sunglow Enigma TA?) and this incomprehensible baby. Correctly?
No, none of them are "classic" trempers but all look to be tremper albino. The enigma gene can make the pattern funky on the other two so you don't see normal banding. Maybe the latest one would be an APTOR, a RAPTOR without the ruby eyes, and it's got kindof a jungle pattern to it.
I think a tang is a line bred trait, tremper is recessive but both parents are homozygous for it, so all babies should be tremper. Enigma works as a dominant trait, and assuming your enigma is a 1 copy enigma, 50% should be enigma.
But the first two are tremper enigmas and the one at the top of this thread is a tremper, not enigma. Who knows if your male is het for eclipse or not, you won't know until you breed him to a visible or 100% het. eclipse.
I don't know about sunglow, if I had to guess, I might say no. I'll leave that for someone else to speak about the exact requirements it takes to make one... and I would wait to see what it turns into as it grows.
