If its bell or any type of albino it shouldn't have black on it. Its definitely not enigma.
I'd have to say just a Hypo. Are you sure the parents are both Bell? Where'd you get it from?

I'd probably say hypo bell enigma. Bell's can have super dark markings that aren't black but look like they are. The eyes are definitely albino and they're red enough that it makes me think enigma.
