Ok...for a few months now one of my males has had mouthrot. In the beginning we took him to the vet. I spent 100 dollars and what i got was a vet visit to tell me he had mouthrot and some medicine that was "Supposed" to heal him. Unfortunately it did not...Surprisingly my gecko is still alive. He hasnt eaten in weeks, if not a month or 2. I did mush up some worms and he drank that so ive been doing that but its gotten worse. He doesnt like to open his mouth at all. Ive noticed that the rot has gone partially down his throat. I dont know what to do...he is like SUPER thin. Id take him to a vet but there isnt any good herp vets and if it goes anything like last time, it will be a big waste for me and the gecko...So what should i do??? Is there anything i can do to try to heal it on my own??

If its getting worse unfortunatly you do need to take them to the vet.
You just have to be more assertive with the plan of action.
Sometimes vets will offer the lowest treatment to save you money or ect so it may be just you waited too long and the mouth rot was worse than the vet thought and he prescribed a lower treatment or dose.
Mouthrot doesn't go away on its own and it needs to be treated with medicine..and there isn't a lot you can do on your own.
Best of luck.
