If you dont provide a moisture item for a few days and then add a potato or whatever you use within the hour the beetles should swarm it and then you can quickly pick up the potato and put it in the new location. This will not get all of the beetles of course but it will be a big chunk. Potatoes seem to work better than carrots due to their bigger surface area.

Yeah I moved all my 1000 by hand, it only took like 10 minutes, I shook the bin and physics took its tole, the heaviest objects came to the top(mealworms) and I just scooped them out.

lol...

Take a news paper and fold it in 4ths crumple it a bit, put it in the tank, and every 2 hours or so take the paper out, and put in new tub. Takes me about 2 times to remove them.
Also you can take a potato or carrot and put it in the paper.

http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=33819 the first picture you can see the newspaper (in the middle) I use to take them out lol.
Hope this helps.
