They are! I haven't ordered from them myself, but I know of many people who use them regularly. They have a nice variety of insects to choose from, many of which you won't find many other places. For example, silkworms, hornworms, butterflies, butterworms, cocoons, etc. It looks like they do not have crickets currently though. Their crickets got the virus. They claim that they switched to banded crickets and then those became infected with the virus too. However, I really don't believe that to be true. Other farms sell banded crickets and banded crickets are supposed to be genetically resistant to the virus. Back when I emailed Mulberry Farms to ask them what new species of cricket they were using, they refused to tell me the scientific name. This has led me to believe that they must not have been using authentic banded (Gryllodes sigillatus), but perhaps a related strain of brown house cricket....
I ordered from them for many years...but recently started using another supplier. I began noticing more dead loss (year round and in "ideal" weather conditions) and their overall health, length of life, and plumpness depreciated enough to put a bad taste in my mouth. It took me about 7 months of bad orders before I called it quits on them as a supplier.
