Im From Singapore..
This Is My 1st Time Having A Leo..
Its A Male,Normal Morph..
Actually,Its Illegal To Own A Leo Here In Singapore..
Caught Can Be Fine $1000,1st Timer..It Sucks....!!
They Will Confiscate It,Take It To Local Zoo..
Although,There Are Some Owner/Breeders Here Too..
I Get Mind,Though My Fren Brother,Brother Girlfren,Girlfren Cousin..
Its Troublesome,Goin Through All Contact..
Some Local Shop,Do Have Too,Selling Secretly..
Its Hard Here..!!

cute leo...but please get the sand outta there it can be fatal if eaten...i recommend switching to paper towel or newspaper instead...sucks that its illegal tho..dont get caught!

Guess They Donna Anything Bout Leo..
But After I Found This Forum..
Learn More On Leo Care,Its Dangerous To Use Sand..

Why is it illegal to have a leo in Singapore? Are they afraid they will escape and populate the island (doubtful, IMO)? That's happened with lots of critters in Hawaii (Phelsuma spp., cane toads, mongoose, Northern Cardinals, Mynahs, Jackson's Chameleons, chickens, etc. etc.).

But I've got a wild-colored one like yours, and I think they're just gorgeous.

I disagree, you dont have to but the sand away!
Yes sometimes they can eat a little, and some mUCH!
But all of mine are on sand, and i never had a problem.
And yes and i know some have a gecko that died because its ate the sand.
But also many geckos can be healhty on sand. I dont think that you sould take the sand out It looks lovely
