My 2 Adult Tokay's, names Billy & Mandy.

I "believe" this one is the female. She's tame, and a hell of an eater.

This one i think is the male. Mean little bugger, as you can plainly see lol.

I know this is old but yes you are right about the sexes. on the first one the blue you can see the pores have little dents in them (a female)
and the purp has the pores with red wax protruding (a male)

about that do young males have the pores with dents then later develop into wax pores? or if there are dents always a female?
