C.MerMer developed a grumpy attitude in this couple of months; he used to be a shy little baby, and how he growls at me whenever he is not happy...like if I held him at the wrong angle, etc. I still love him, so cute when he makes noise!!

Checking out who is offering the suspicious hand at an awkward angle:

Confirmed its safe to climb on:

Voila! 3-steps to handle your (grumpy) gecko (don't forget to smile at him):

I think he is trying to pick up the remnant calcium on the floor:

The baby compartment is getting too small for them, I'm going to move them to their own glass tanks next week:

No, no giant gene. :)
Dad is a high yellow I got about 9 years ago, and mom is a line-bred snow.

How much do they eat then? What do the parents weigh?

I have three youngins I got from a show last month, two are about 3 months old and each eats 5-10 medium-large crickets a day, until satisfied. They are only pushing 30 grams each; granted when I got them 3 weeks ago they were 15 and 20g). 50g just seems so big for a non-Giant 3 month old.

Well, I try to give them a variety of food, and I never fed them anything wider than the width between their eyes. I fed them once everyday until they were 2 months; then I reduced their feedings to 5 days per week (2 days and then 1 day off). Here is their baby menu up to 2 months:
Set A: 10 very small lateralis
Set B: 6-8 medium mealworms
Set C: 8 small crickets
Set D: 8 very small dubias
Set E: 6 very small lateralis with 3-4 mealworms or silkworms

Now I feed them 8 slightly larger lateralis (1-1.5cm); or 12 standard mealworms or same size silkworms. I use Cody's Pro gutload, and I supplement with Repashy Calcium Plus. :)

Forgot to mention parents current weight: dad is 85g (he weighed close to 100g when he was younger) and mom is 72g (highest had been 85g).
