How old is it? It looks like the worms in the dish are not the freshest and the powder looks moist. I would try new worms and not getting the powder moist.

the gecko still has vermiculite on it so it cant even have gone through the first shed. and shouldnt be eating yet anyway

if its 2 day sold its not going to eat.

Did you do any research before breeding?

They will not eat until after there first shed. takes more than a week before some will start to eat.

congrats on your little one.
As said before if its only just hatched it needs to have its first shed and eat it to kick start its digestive system. after its had its first poo its ready to eat.
This can take a few days to a week.
until then keep him warm and moist until he ready too
