This is my blue pit, Dharma. She'll be 2 yrs old next month and she is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever known. Very loving and energetic....needless to say she's a handful lol.

some people will tell you that you can only get blue american bullies(those short things with the big heads) but I disagree. I've seen some blue game dogs in pictures from like 1890.

The american bullies are a mix between a razor's edge or gotti APBT and an American Staffie. I agree with you, in that you can find great APBTs that are blue, especially as the American Bullies are mix breeds.

Yea some are APBT and staffie mixes but most american bullies are mixed with bastiff and english bulldog so this is what you will get now. *vomit* Thats why I love my game bred dogs.

Hm. I was pretty sure that they were mostly APBT and AmStaff mixes. I've never heard of breeding with bullmastiffs and whatnot. Although I do not agree with purposely bred hybrids, I've talked to a few supposid reputable breeders of the American Bully who have all agreed that it's a mix of the APBT and AmStaff and never the mastiff or english bulldog.

The American Bully was established in the mid 1990’s with the purpose of creating the ultimate family companion. The American Bully is a combination of the desired traits of the ancestry of the American Pit Bull Terrier and the American Staffordshire Terrier.

There are even many people who consider Gotti, Razor's Edge, and Watchdog bloodlines as American Bully without the AmStaff influence.

Not all american bullies look like that; although they are more short and broad dogs. The first that you pictured is VERY in-bred dog. I've actually seen very nice looking American Bullies (the hybrid not the Gottie, Razor's Edge, etc).

I will admit either way I love the look of true Razor's Edge APBT's; and the bloodline will probably be my next when MIA is a little older and out of the puppy stage.

I know a guy who has some nice looking razpr's edge dogs. He is a breeder in california. I'd never own one though
