I attempted to breed my female to a male a few times in the past week. She will not breed and either bites or runs away from him. She does not apear to be ovulting. I placed a piece of his paper towel bedding in her tank for the past 4 days and then tred again tonight and she wouldn't accept him still. I put her back in and placed another fresh pieceof his bedding in for her. How long should I wait to reintroduce her and how long will it take for her to begin ovulation? Thank you.

There is no guarantee that the paper towel will encourage ovulation. I personally don't do anything and just wait until she is ready to ovulate. I would personally just wait and let her tell you when she is ready for breeding.

So are you saying that I shouldn't try reintroducing her to the male every few days? Would this ruin the paper towel trick if ireintroduced her every 3 or 4 days?

Oh and one more question if you don't mind. I have one gravid female in a 40 gallon long tank along with this female that is apparently not ovulating. Is it bad for the gravid female to live with this other female? Also, is it bad if they switch laying boxes? Because my gravid female just went into my other female's moist hide with the males scent in it and the other female who i want to be with the scent is now outside of her box...any thoughts?

It doesn't really matter if they are used to each other (so they don't stress each other out), the only thing you will need to know is which one she lays her eggs in when she does.
