My first death in "the family"

Today I came home from a meeting to find that Lickels had passed away.. she has been sick for about 2 weeks and this happened fast. I knew she wasnt doing well... but apparently the meds werent working for her either. Rest in Peace Sweetie, I love you.

Poor you, I'm so sorry to hear about Lickels, you did the best you could, and obviously you cared about her a lot. It hurts to loose a loved pet, so sorry =(.

You could always get a necropsy.. I am not sure how much they cost though.

Jess, I called the vet to ask about that and that was on Tues. they havent even called me back!! Nice right? I probably cant afford one anyhow..

Well they did call back last Friday.. I didnt get to talk to them but they did send me a sympathy card. It made me tear up, it was nice for them to remember her.
