so this little guy was bought from ***** as a daughters Christmas present. 6months later the mom started taking care of him as the daughter got bored of him. mom said if you don't take care of him then he is going to someone that will. well six months later. I was given this gecko. He was about a year to a year and a half old when i got him.
he was on sand that hasn't been changed since they bought him(stinked really bad full of dead crickets).
He was fed crickets that weren't gut loaded(didn't know what that meant), he did have a heat lamp and an uvb bulb (which he didn't really need but that's a pet store for you)
first thing i did was clean his tank. then put him on paper towels and give him a hide and fresh water. he ate mealworms without a problem.
before photo was two weeks or so after i got him(fuzzy photo but that is what i have). second photo is of him all filled out and happy.third photo is one of his offspring from a tremper.
all i did was put him on paper towels and fed him mealworms and dubias no pinkies or wax worms. His problem was that he couldn't catch the crickets so he was skinny.
