My Leopard Gecko has a swollen eye, refuses to eat! help

one of my gecko's eye has pretty much always been dodgy, getting infected and stuff like that, took him to vets before and got eye drops, didnt do much tbh, but eventually his eye got better and was fine again, but now months later its got something wrong with it again.

around his eye is swollen, like a big lump, and his eye is closed and he wont open it, looks very sore, since this has happened he wont eat anymore, even though his other eye is perfectly fine, maybe hes in pain and doesnt wanna eat?

I don't get pictures from that link. Sometimes when a gecko has a sore near the eye, it may be an infection that has gotten inside the mouth as well so it may be painful to eat. It also may just be that the gecko doesn't feel well and won't eat. I'm sorry to say, that you probably need another vet trip. It would be good if the vet could determine whether this is a localized infection in the eye that requires eye drops, a systemic infection that requires oral antibiotics, or a cyst or tumor that requires surgery.
