I have the same tank but i got rid of the lights and got a uth

I like the set up! Two things I would do for it. First get a digital thermometer for the warm side to get the most accurate readings because you want to get it about 88 - 92 degrees. Second thing is to get another hide for the cool side. 3 hides is perfect for them and you have the space for them. Look like a good setup! I like your comment that "I hate sand" haha.... I thought it was funny.
