It may be retained shed, or it may be a mouth infection. She may not be eating because it's still winter, because she's ovulating or she's sick. Here are some things to try for starters:

--put some hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip and gently wet the area around her mouth. Do this every day for a few days and as the scab softens, you may be able to pull it off. If it's retained shed, the skin should be intact underneath. If it's a mouth infection, it may be raw. I've recently had good luck with 2 geckos, one with some mouth lesions and one with an eye problem and have taken care of it just with hydrogen peroxide

--hold the gecko in one hand and gently poke a mealworm or cricket into its mouth. Sometimes that encourages them to start eating again

If it seems worse or is noticeably losing weight, consider a vet visit.
