I recently put my adult male Mack Blizzard with an adult female Mack. The first reaction seemed good, no fighting and the male looked eager to breed. Now however (about a week later) everytime she gets close to him he freaks out and runs away. She inst acting aggressive (that I can see), and when I say gets near him she is usually just walking by, not actually approaching him. Any ideas on why he might be so freaked out? Should I take him back out?

Maybe he's just not ready yet. I have a super snow male that is like that at times, but he eventually bred with my snow. It just took some time. Is your female ovulating? Have you watched them the whole time they've been together? If not, she might have bit him pretty hard if he tried to breed and she wasn't ready.

I havent bred my geckos yet but my friends do. You can try what ive been told which is introduce them as you have for a week, then simply remove one of them for 1-2 weeks and re-introduce them again...sometimes it sparks them to breed...please keep us updated though!
