In fact, I worked out a clean way to do a humid hide in there until I get my Repti-Cave in. I got one of the humidifiers for a cigar humidor, basically a piece of sponge inside a vented plastic case. I used mounting tape and secured it to the top of the bigger exo-terra hide, and the put warm water in it. That should do enough until I get the better hide in. They're able to keep a sealed humidor at 70-80% humidity, so a warm open cave in dead air should stay atleast a bit humid.

Updates. I added a second landing after a splurge on Ebay led to me needing more space for hides. I added a large Exo-terra magnetic hide, a Zoo Med repti-cave for a better humid hide, a small Exo Terra waterfall (which upon observation does not appear capable of affecting much in the way of humidity. It literally trickles.), and I added a reptile basking platform (it's hidden behind the branch/plant, but it forms a nice step up to the shelf if they don't use the wall.). Anyway, enjoy....

Oh, and the slate is screwed to the legs, so it's very stable. It was out in my dad's Bonsai supplies, he let me take a few pieces that were already drilled. I found a nice straight dried out birch branch, chopped some 6" pieces, and screwed the legs on. Looks nice to me :D Plus at 6" I'm hoping it's low enough that if any of them get brave enough not to take the ramp in the back down, they won't get hurt.
