I just brought this little one home with my today! So excited! What kind is it exactly? Cause I have a Normal Albino... never saw one like this before and how old do you think it may be. It is "Un Named" and there are more pics in my album I just uploaded! So if you'd like to suggest some names that would be great! My Leo is named Zoe and my AFT is named Ecko! :D

Do you have a pic of yours? I have never seen another... The pet store told me what the breeder said but I can not remember and I also wanted to see what everyone else thought.

You're right, it's a Murphy Patternless. As babies, they are grayish with little dots, but as adults, they'll be lemon yellow with white tails, like this one (on top of the other gecko).

Very healthy looking baby with a thick tail!

If it's a girl, I would call her Zora, because you've got a Zoe already ;)

Well that would make sense at the exotic pet store I got "it" at he said it has lightened up some already and though it does not show I can see some light yellow around its legs. I would love it if it grew up to look anything like that!

He/she has a little kink in its tail do you think that may be a problem? Its very active and lively! all over the place :D and its gonna be another climber like Zoe. (my avatar is a pic of my albino)

So you agree? I have a Murphys Patternless? I did not pay much for him/her... got a great deal cause I am a loyal customer to this small exotic pet store and they held a leo for me a few months ago but ended up adopting my AFT and this is the first I have seen in my area so I grabbed it up! Would love to see pics if anyone else has one of these little guys.

I do like the name Zora any other name ideas out there?

Cute Leo! It would be interesting to watch him/her change over the next few months.

I love your picture Chrissy. To funny.

Thank you! Oh this little guy will have to get used to its picture taken lol! The pet store guy asked me to bring it back as it grows so they could see how it changes as well!

Heres a few shots of my lil one. As for the tail kink I think you don't have to worry unless you planed to breed him/her.

Nice Leo! And no... no plans on breeding I'm just addicted to them! I have thought about it but I promised myself that if I do then I have 5 years to prepare and truly research to make sure that when I do I am prepared and financially stable first :)

It looks to be a murphy patternless, but not albino. It should grow up to be tan/olive sorta body, and greyish/purple tail. The albino strain starts out very light and stays light. Your type will look great, I have sold lots, and had people pick them over albinos, patterns, etc... sometimes.

I thought it would stay relatively the same colors as it is now... do you have any pics? I can not seem to find a pic of a full grown one... i have seen one before on Craigs list but that was a long time ago.

That may have been what he said now that you mention it... I was honestly too excited over the fact that I was getting another gecko that I was kind of in "LaLa" land lol... Either way I think its neat and like I said there are not many around here. Around here everyone goes to chain pet stores cause hatchlings go on sale all the time for $17.99! So everyone has normals instead of being patient and waiting on the small stores to get a few in...

Can "Onyx" be a unisex name?

lol well congrats none the less! definatly worth it. The only way to know 100% is to test breed him so maybe look at getting a mack patty next or just a patty and see what pops out.

Onyx can be if ya want it to be. Personally it sounds more like a "hard" name to me so i'd say its more male-ish but thats just me(LOL coming from someone who has a male named Rem and a female name KyuubiXD)
