I bought this female off a kijiji add from some idiot as an albino. she was housed in a 20 gal tank with a male since the guy had them as babies. her back left foot is missing 2 toes i can only imagine were from being picked on or the fact that there was no humid hide at all. i got both male female heat light UTH and the tank for 70 bucks lol even tho i dont know what they are the guy was shooting at the tank with a b.b. gun to make them move around more so i had to take them to safety lol. after a good shed and being alone for 2 weeks she went from pale white to yellow!

and a pic of my male.. was sold as an albino aswell and was pale as a ghost but again after a good shed just 2 days ago i cant help but feel as if he might be a murphys pattern

You got three beautiful geckos there! The first one looks like a Mack Snow to me, not like a Normal. It has white, and almost no yellow, and absolutely amazing dark bands; so if this is a Normal, it's the prettiest Normal I've ever seen :main_thumbsup:

The Tangerine looks very nice, too. And your "Albino" is just missing two tiny toe tips, not her "toes," and that doesn't matter at all! She has a nice faded carrot tail which might become some more color when she gets warm and well fed.

You're right, your male is definitely a Murphy Patternless! A person who shoots at a gecko cage with a BB gun is really an idiot. Glad you got those gorgeous geckos! They must think they died and went to heaven :main_yes:

She's pretty, but wouldn't be so quick to call her a Mack Snow... On occasion you will hatch a normal that develops like that from a yellow and black baby... In all honesty, who cares?! Just enjoy them!

Nice looking gex :) Wait till you see how they color up after having good care for a couple months! I hope you will be getting them off that sand....

only the males on sand, ive tried newspaper paper towel and reptile carpet he hates it and wont eat on any of them. if u notice the grass mound infront of his hide thats his dish lol or straight from the tongs never do i let him eat something on the sand

That's really a clever idea, an "organic" food dish, well done!
