poor baby :( im so glad your helping her, keep up the good work.
you need to try and get some vitamins, calcium and D3 into her too, try mixing a bit with the water you drip to her.

Yep! I've been doing that. I also have a dish available in her tank. Good news is she kept down mealies she ate last night, and even ate some out of a bowl today. I think we are finally over the tough part!

Update!

She is doing very well! No more regurges since that post and she has gained 6g. All of her bones still stick out but she's filled out a bit. Her nub looks good and healthy, but it's pinking up and I THINK has gotten slightly larger so there's still hope that she may grow back a bit of her tail!

A few pictures in terrible rainy day lighting

Not officially, but I give all my rescue names for the website so on that she goes by Lucky but I don't really call her that yet. I have a rule that I don't name things until I know they are going to survive lol

I did the same thing with my rescue. She was in horrible condition and my girlfriend asked what we were going to name her and I said we will determine that in a month. She passed a few days later so we just call her Angel Baby

Wow, I have been watching this thread, brings tears to my eyes every time I read it. I don't know how the school could have let her get like that! Bless you for all that you are doing for her!!! She looks so much better already.

You're awesome Stacy...the gecko looks great, the fact that you took her in and now have pics of her bright eyed and chowing down some meal worms warms my heart. It's so sad to see a gecko in this shape but it makes me really happy she ended up with you...there's no one better for the job. *thumbs up*

Update:

She is doing great and keeping down a her food. I'm feeding her 10 mealworms every day. She shed again the other day and her tail is starting to grow back! I'm very excited because I thought it was too far gone to regenerate. Her current weight is up to 32g
