I have one that I posted about before that has started laying eggs out of the laybox. Someone suggested that I confine her to the lay box. I started considering this and I actually think I'm going to take one of my spare 10 gallon tanks and turn the whole thing into a giant lay box when she's due to lay so no matter where she lays it will be OK (I'll put a few inches of coco fiber in the whole tank and only have the water dish in there part of the time. This could also double as my beardie's laying enclosure.

What if her laybox isnt humid enough for her to lay her eggs and thats why she is dragging the moss into the water dish??? To try and get more humid moss? Just a thought, I could be totally off.

You might want to consider soaking a sponge so she has water, but not leaving standing water in the bowl. That way if she does lay in the water bowl it won't drown the eggs. Just a thought.
