I can't wait!

weighs 48 grams now! She's been getting mealies with Reptivite and RepCal on them for months now. Got 2 pinkies in the past month to build up more reserves too.

She has tail kinks, but as a hatchling, her cage was knocked off the rack by the evil orange demon cat, so I don't know if it's a genetic deformity or a trauma, so I'm gonna breed her and see if the babes come out with them. If they do, they'll be pet only babes.

I'm gonna let her gain just a bit more weight -- I think I see follicles starting now! So I might let her ovulate once and then breed her on her second cycle. She'll be bred with my fat normal, and we'll see if he's het for patternless (I got lucky and my other was het for bell with my het bell girl!)

That's good that you are geeting her back to good weight, but feeding her pinks is bad. Leos are strictly insectavores and their digestive system finds it very difficult to digest pinks, mainly because of their bone structure. They're also fatty and have almost no nutritional value to Leos. :)

I agree with John, I have always known pinkies to be a great food item to use to help leos gain weight (like after breeding or laying eggs)

I hope the het. proves out for ya!! She is gorgeous, can't wait to see the babies :)
