I thought she was carrying, and noticed her digging last night, so I improptu laybox in with her. I just caught her burying the eggs. Im not sure if these are from a previous mating before I got her, or the regular male i had in with her for a couple of hours. I have only had her a month, and the male was put in there the second day I had her. I hope they are fertile.

I suck a shot in and bumped the thermostat up to 88. Ill go to the store/craigslist tommarow and make either a cooler or minifridge incubator. I love new projects. :D

Thanks!
Im going for males. I just bought a 12x24" sheet of plexi. and am going to try to get a mini fridge (18x18) tomarrow. I plan on using my dremel and table router to put a 12x12" window in the front. Ill be using a heat mat on a thermostat for now, heat cable when I get the funds...and hopefully they are fertile.....lol. I also have a computer fan for internal circulation. I figure down the road I could hold 50 or so eggs in it with two shelves.

I get my plexi in tommarow. Ive got the eggs on peat/spangum until I get the incubater setup. Do you guys/gals think it would be better to leave the eggs be if they are at a constant 87-88 or switch them over to the incubator and finish cooking them in there?

Oh yeeeah! They are fertile....I think. I can see some red now. A small red oblong shape.....thats so cool. I so need to finish my incubator. I have them in a temp controlled tank, stays between 84-86 on a vermiculite peat mix, they look a bit bigger too. I'm so stoked. My plexi finally came today, they actually sent a 48"x12" 1/2" instead of a 24"x12". Sweet.
