The only thing I would suggest is lining the left and right shelves up (the ones holding the 6qt and 12 qt tubs) so that you can run one row of heat tape across the back or bottom of the row (whichever you choose). That way it's not broken up, and would be less connecting. I hope that makes sense!

Well you could extend the storage area to be the whole bottom of the rack. That would kick those tubs on the left up. You wouldn't need a top piece of wood on the left anyways would you? Does the 10 gallon open from the front, or top like most?

yea the 10 gallon opens from the top, so what im thinking of doing is to have a 20 x 10 area of screen directly above the tank, so she can breath lol, and the tank it would be accessible from the top...if i extend the storage area across, I'd probably lose a row of tubs on the left because id lose room tho

Oh and the tubs are sliding, so theres no lids, so its snug in between each shelf,

Alright, I'm a visual person...so here's my 5 minute Paint drawing for you lol. This is what I mean, you would just need a screen top for the 10 gallon tank. This way you could run heat tape all the way across, it would be much more simple!

I think im not gunna do the storage thing any more so that it'll be lower to the ground, cause its gunnna be underneith my windowsill, and with the storage shelf it would jsut be to tall, so i added dimensions and a few minor changes here it is:
