The rack. Right now, it houses 2 adult leopards, a baby leopard, and a dune gecko. (there will be 3 more leos in it today ;) ) Two cresteds are in quarantine tubs on top.

And snickers. She lives in my room, and oversees all reptile room operations.

Thanks for looking, I'm liking how everything is set up now, and I'm thinking it'll stay this way for awhile :)

Can you walk in there? Lol, that is the way my room is starting to look. My boyfriend room is much much worse than mine! If I started building racks and whatnot to house more leos, my mom would kill me. Plain and simple! Lol. Hopefully I can move out sometime and at that point me and the boyfriend would have to look for a 2+ bedroom place to house all the reptiles in. >.< Thats gonna be a disaster! =]

I really like the rack that you have for leos/future leos. How did you make it? What are the dimensions and what size bins do you use? Also, what are you using for heat? Heat tape...Pads? I would just like to get an idea because I really want to make one =]

I made it with 4x2 boards i bought from home depot. i dont remember what kinda wood it was though cause i bought them a long time ago, haha. I use flexwatt heat tape for heating and a thermostat. i have 12 28qt tubs and 4 16qt tubs. :)

And my husband thinks I'M taking over with geckos! :main_laugh:

And I LOVE rats too. They make great pets. I had to get rid of mine when we had the ball python. I didn't want to risk the kids smelling like rat when they had the snake. And besides that I'm highly allergic. I miss them.

awww :(
that sucks. I'm allergic to rats urine. its oh-so-fun. lol. BTW- if you look at the pics, my rat cage is just below the BP tank. It's never caused a problem and I'm a stickler for hand sanitizer between all animals really, so it's ok :)
