I picked them up tonight!!

They look really cool, although they were kept under a regular spot plus UVB, I don't think the last one is quite necessary. So i turned it off and I will try to put in a night glo for night time. I was going to put a UTH under it but since it's an Aqua40 aquarium, it has a plastic bottom :( Any suggestions?

Now I'm off to think of some good names :main_yes:

After cleaning out their tank this morning they actively started digging in the new sand, very cool to see!

I don't quite know! I have had them for about a month now so I have just been adding sand to their enclosure. They have started chirping which makes me happy to realize they are happy :) Their natural habitat is in the dunes so I don't know what would happen with peat/moss. They really do need the sand , but they make cool burrows under rocks and everything i provide them with!

Oooh!!! they are GORGEOUS!!! My girl definitely isnt that big :O

I'm still workin on finding a male...no luck! :(

Good luck with it! My male stands high on his legs almost constantly, have you seen them do that for an extended period of time?
