Are you sure she already shed?
She looks like before shedding and not after shedding.
Her loosing all the color on her tail within a month would have me a little concerned for her health. She looks beautiful, but that's a short amount of time to loose a lot of color...which is can be indicative of illness.
I've had an enigma do that, start out hypo tangerine, and turn very pale with only faint tangy highlights...she's not an enigma, is she? Mine's healthy, except for breeding himself scrawny, at the moment. Sometimes they just change dramatically. Did you switch supplements or anything?
Over exposed sunglow? hehe sorry had to. That is kinda weird iv had a male tang go back and forth very pale to colorful. Pale when breeding colorful when winter rolled around.
The eyes look enigma-ish to me...and the eyes do look Bell-like at first, but I think maybe they're Tremper?
Any way to get a better shot of the pupil, like in a dark room with a flash?
Looking over her first pics again, I'm almost positive she's a Bell.
I would say she is a Tremper Sunglow.
It is really strange that phenomenon with the color change. It also interesting that she keeps some orange zones/spots...
New update! I tried hand-feeding her for the first time and her strike was off, way off. Could this mean that shes an enigma? She doesnt show any other enigma symptoms other than the eye/strike feeding response was inaaccurate. I asked the seller and he told me that both her parents are sunglows and all her siblings are normal sunglows. She doesnt look like an enigma. How is that possible?
She can just miss. Not just enigmas miss. I had a young blizzard for a while and he was awful at catching crickets or anything for that matter. Or it's another sign for her not being healthy
