Name this critter!

[Quiet]

I've come to terms with the fact that me and my new roomate will never bond. He's cold, reclusive, moves way to fast, and eats bugs.
While it's true we MAY have gotten off on the wrong foot, (He tried to eat me), and I MAY have peed at/on him while I was running away...I'd still like to know what to call him. For the record, he dosen't respond to "Karl".

If you can identify Karl?, please let me know. When I go to turn on a light and find him sitting in the dark on the switch, it'ld be nice to include his full name in the profanity that comes out.

Almost looks to be a gargoyle gecko, but I could be wrong. And I think I'd be a little cranky too if some one pissed on/at me.

It looks like a house gecko? When I worked at a pet shop in Texas, we had one like that get into the cricket bin. He must of thought he was in heaven! I caught it in a little cup and let him out at my apartment.

They're commonly referred to as House Geckos but it looks like a Mediterranean Gecko. Here's the wikipedia for Hemidactylus aka House Gecko. It lists all the different species.

i wish gargoyle geckos just ran around like that, hahaha, looks to be some kind of house gecko.
