Nasty poo's

What could be another reason for nasty, diarrhea when parasites have been ruled out?

sometimes changing to a new feeder can do it. Salmonella isn't strictly a parasite but something like that can do it. There could be a generalized infection or some geckos are just smelly poo-ers.
