Need a custom screen top

Does anyone know where I can order a nice, custom screen top for my 19x23 tank. I need it to hinge along the 19 inch side, so that it folds back-- not to the side. I'm wondering, too, if I need something that only has a lip on the front and back, as the tank is designed to slide into an old tv stand. Once it's built, and placed in there, I don't know if there will be enough room on the sides for the lips to hang over the sides.

Anyways, if anyone can point me in the right direction, that'd be super awesome

I'm between them and Big Apple-whatever. Looks like the same people, actually. I'm going to email both and see what the damage is going to be, and who is cheaper.

The only thing I don't like is that the tops are silver. Looks tacky, I guess lol Would they make it black if I asked?
