Ok so i was wondering.I'm keeping my mealworms in a container instead of the refrigorator cause my refrigorator is 36 degrees:furious3:.So i was wondering,do you just need to fill a container with wheat flour and gut load them with fruits and veggies 24 hours before feeding.Or do i need to have water, fruits and veggies in there at all times?

I use wheat bran and am working on getting better stuff for bedding. I use carrots for moisture. I dont use water at all.

Essentially you need to have for them at all times...
A dry grain/food bedding for them to crawl around in
A source of moisture, fruit or veggie. Replace fruit/veggie often(every few days) to prevent mold and dried out produce.

The ones I keep out I feed every few day but I keep a cup with about 1000 worms for feeding and I keep food and veggies in it at all times
