Hey guys, i've come to a conclusion. I have been way to busy to take care of my geckos, and IMO they aren't getting enough care as they should. Im almost positive one of my normals i'm going to keep is pregnant, and that's going to be enough to take care of, let alone one other juvie, and 1+ year adults. Im selling a SHTCT Female that i bought from Brian O, a Albino (i dont know what line) that i do not know it's gender, but almost positive a female, and one undetermined normal. If anybody is interested, post or send me a private message. I wish i didnt have to because i'm attached to them already. I think they aren't getting the amount of care i wish they would/ need. It is a very hard decision, but i am going to sell these. I will be posting pictures soon:(

Also, i have a big problem. One of my normal females is in bad condition. She's not eating, and i can see two egg like figures on the bottom of her stomach. Her previous owners were doing fine, even if she wasn't very fat. Ever since i've gotten her, her health has slowly been declining. I don't know what to do, an am afraid i'm going to lose her soon. I'm going to order some jumpstart very soon, and if that doesn't work, i'll try mouthfeeding her when i get home from school. What do you guys think? What should i do??

If anybody is interested in the geckos for sale, post or PM me, i'll be offering them for decently cheap with supplies and everything.

Pictures will be up soon.

And also, the three are in good health. The SHTCT looks awesome after a shed, whoever gets her will be very happy.

*Edit* the geckos are for pickup only. It's way to risky mailing them in this terribly cold weather. I live near Chicago, in a city called Naperville. If anyone lives near here, post plz

jeff once you get photos you might want to add this to the classifieds section :)

as far as the question about your gecko. have you taken her to the vet for an exam?

good luck finding a good home.. A vet would be your best option for the sick one. If it's not eating thats definitely bad. Until you get the jump start you may want to try Marcia's Slurry recipe.. It works great. I had a hatchling bounce back within a few days after using it..

Theres a sticky posted with it..

Either way I'd get him\her to the vet ASAP.

Good Luck.

I haven't taken ehr to the vet yet, and im hoping that i can get her vet $ because i have no way to get money, and im dead broke. Thanks for your help so far guys

Well when you don't have the means to care for them anymore I think it is best to find someone who can, all though it does suck to have to give them up, it's going to be in their best interest in the end.

If I were you I would try and get it to the vet and at least get a fecal, since you have said it could be sick then someone isn't going to buy it, so you may want to find some way to guarantee it's health for the next owner ;)

Could you get a pic of the sick one? Is she really thin or has she just lost a little weight? If she is gravid that may be why she has stoped eating. Check her temps, make sure she has a nice place to lay her eggs and try to come up with the money to get a fecal to the vet. Does her poo smell bad and is a it a little watery? If so she may have parasites.
