Need advise pls

I’m a new leopard gecko owner and I’ve had it for a few weeks now and his little hand has been white and smaller than the rest since I’ve had him. It also looks like he has less mobility in that arm. As I said I’m new owner so I don’t really kno what’s wrong or what to do about it. Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

Congrats on your new gecko. Your gecko shed recently. You may not have noticed because it could have happened overnight. The white foot is because there is still some shed on it. Sometimes it's hard for them to get it off. Here's what to do:
Put about 1/2" of warm water in the sink. Put the gecko in the water and let it stand there for 15-30 seconds. Don't worry if it keeps trying to get out, that's normal.
Hold the gecko in fron t of you near your abdomen and cover its head lightly with your shirttail. This will make it think it's hiding.
Hold the leg firmly and use your fingernails to scrape off the shed. If the toes bleed a tiny bit, don't worry. It's really important that the stuck shed comes off.
