Need help Identifying strain of Albino

This little guy was a rescue from awhile back and I've been trying to figure out what strain of albino he is. I'm pretty sure he's a tremper but I'd like to hear some other opinions in case I'm way off.

I don't think there's any way to know for sure. It could be a dark Tremper and it could also be a Bell.
