Howdy guys and gals.

Just got my first leopard gecko! She's just under a year old and I've named her Astrid. However, I'm not sure what morph she is as I am a little new to the specific genetics.

She's still got her baby stripes a little bit and I've turned the exposure down to get rid of the glare from her lamp. Her mum was a tangerine and her dad was a normal, but my friend (from whom I got her) doesn't know if either of the parents are het for anything. I'd love to find out in case I want to do some breeding in the future.

Thanks all!

I'd call her a hypotangerine because of the 2 spots on her back. There's no way to know if she's het for anything if the people who produced her don't know about the parents.

Thank you! I reckon those spots will stick around, which is nice. But yeah, I guess I'll have to wait until I have a male to find out if there are any hidden genes in her. Thanks for your help!
