NEED HELP

MY leopard gecko is not eating its meal worms for a week she seems uninterested in them could it be possible that she is bored of them?? She eats crickets and LOVES them

So feed crickets then. If you prefer to just feed mealworms then you'll have to switch her over. Some geckos are more stubborn than others but generally, they'll start eating them once they get hungry enough. Our signatures aren't supposed to be more than 6 lines long FYI.

I have been feeding her mealworm for a year but know she hardly ever eats them

The Leo I had was like that. I had her since she was a juvi and after like two years of having her she didn't like crickets, she wouldn't even bother going after them. Tried Mealworms and she'd gobble them up.

I think that they get bored with a certain food item...alot like us. I know I wouldn't want to just eat one kind of food day after day. Ou rmale mack snow deos that from time to time so I try and switch them around every few days. We do have a few that refuses to eat a different food item but i try.

Mine did the same thing with crickets, it wasn't after 2 years though. But if its eating the mealworms then id say just keep feeding it mealworms.
