Need Opinions

Some of the breeders form this site have seen this and have been a HUGE help in getting this project of mine going. I wasn't going to ask for opinions until I had everything completed, but I figure you guys & girls are a great group and you could probably all help me to make this a more successful project.

Please remember not all the information is complete and some may actually still be incorrect. Some was entered as a placeholder. If you see anything that is incorrect, PLEASE let me know. I may have missed making the corrections.

With all that being said, I would like your opinions on a new site I have designed called http://www.leopardgeckos.us. This is not a business website. It is designed to be a community resource. Again, your comments both positive and negative are appreciated. Please email me or PM me any corrections you see need to be made.

Thanks for all your help and support, especially the breeders that have helped me so much along the way!

Thanks.

That is an amazing website. It has a great morph guide that I bookmarked right away! Keep up the good work and cant wait to see it when it is completely finished.

Great resource and looks like it took a lot of work. All I can add is that over time you might want to upgrade some of the examples of the morphs. They are all very good, some just aren't the best examples of the respective morph. That's all I want to say publicly as to not stir trouble. It's just that it might get confusing to someone who has no idea how the morph is supposed to look with a couple of those examples. I hope that doesn't offend anyone. Overall really good work. You don't stop to realize how many variations and morphs there truly are sometimes.

Thanks for the comments

Thanks everyone for the comments so far!

OkeeReps: I know exactly what you are talking about. My goal is to show a good example on the main page (which I know some are not) and then when you click on a picture, the new page that comes up has four pictures. Those four I hope to have examples of the different variations within a morph, like color, etc.

GoReptiles: The only order they are in is alphabetical. Thats why ones like Mack Snow are Snow-Mack, so that all the snows will show near each other.

If anyone has suggestions on how to make the site better, I am all for them.

Thanks again!

awesome site. I have heard several of the morphs mentioned on here but had not seen them. It makes it nice to be able to go to one spot and look up a particular morph. Great work.

....

I have had a few messages regarding adding information about the morphs. I probably should have mentioned that if you click on a morph, it opens to more information. I am going to make a note of that on site right now.

If anyone has information or pictures they would like to share for the site, PLEASE let me know. I would be happy to add your information and pictures. Also, any pictures of morphs not already shown would get a text link to your site.

Thanks!

Cool website! Joe, I did not see this thread when you started it, and had actually found it myself on the web. I tried to e-mail you about some incorrect information on there.

Enigmas are actually dominant. There is only one appearance for homozygous and heterozygous.

Both Mack Snows AND Super Snows are incomplete dominant. There are two different related appearances for homozygous and heterozygous.

Just wanted to let you know, Thanks for reading.:)
