Need some advice on Breeding

Hi everyone!

We're going to be attempting to breed our Geckos for the first time. We have a Super Hypo Tangerine Baldy Carrot-tail and will attempt to breed her with our new Tremper Albino. My question is this; What would come of such a mix? From what I can gather it would be a definite Het Albino, may or may not be a baldy, Super Hypo Tangerine, Tremper Albino or carrot-tail. Is that right?

Is there anything I need to know about breeding them?

Thanks,

Reptar&Snoopy.

That's pretty much right. They will all be het for tremper albino, but none will look like trempers. They may have some or all of the tangerine's lack of spotting, "bald" head and carrot tail. If you breed the babies together or breed back to the albino, you may get some superhypo albinos, usually called "hybino" or "sunglow".

If you haven't already done so, google "leopard gecko breeding" and read a bunch of care sheets. It's really hard to answer a question "what else should I know about [name of topic]" and easier to answer specific questions.

Good luck,

Aliza
