need some direction please

hey folks, what do you think of this...my buddy has a female raptor he is not using this year. everything i have is rw or het rw blood, except my male ms. i tried the calculator, it says 50%normal,50% ms. i thought they would be het eclipse, tremper. i am not really interested in hunting down another raptor or het raptor this season. what would be the best route here...? also my ms is lavender/yellow, and darker overall. any help is appreciated!!

Its correct when it says 50% normal and 50% snow, but what its not saying is all will be het Raptor (that is to say het eclipse, tremper...) Tha following year you would be able to make Snow Raptors, snow trempers, raptors, trempers.....etc

Well it really depends on what your trying to create. If you breed a the MS to the Raptor then Sabrina covered the possibilities on that. What is your goal with your pairings?

travis, i really like the raptors and snow raptors, but just haven't had opportunity to "get" one in a situation like this. friend is heavy into arachnids and chameleons and crested. an offer to take her for breeding is something i shouldn't pass up, i just wanted to be sure i would be heading into raptor and hets for 2nd season.

Then yea that project should be producing some for you next year. Have fun with that project and hopefully you get plenty of raptors next year

of course i talked with my buddy yesterday and i am on the road so when i check her out saturday, hopefully she is ovulating...introducing her to my male may motivate this right? she looks 60+ grams so gonna try anyways, thanks.
