How long have you had them, how long have they been together, what are their relative sizes? I can tell you more if I know those things.

Actually I didn't mean that there will definitely be food issues when they're 2 different sizes. I have a breeding group of 1.3 together. The females are about 50 grams each and the male is 110 grams. No feeding issues. However, if the one that's eating is bigger it could be because she's not letting the other one eat.

Do you know whether you have males or females? I see you refer to one as "him" though that may be because you're not sure.
As has been implied above, the most common reason for 1 gecko to eat and 1 not to eat is that the "eater" is bullying the "non-eater". This may not be as obvious as biting. The bullier can also just follow the other one around and sit on it wherever it goes. Your best bet, if possible, is to separate them. I'd suggest removing the one that eats better so the other one doesn't have to adjust to a new environment as well.

Other reasons why 1 isn't eating:
--unless you take all the food out after trying to feed them, one may be eating when you're not paying attention; some of them are just shy eaters
--at about 6 inches, or 30-40 grams, some geckos have a big decrease in appetite and may need to eat only every other day or every third day
--there is a chance it could be ill but if it's normally active it may be fine

I hope that's helpful.

You really need to figure out if they're males or females. Two males will likely fight, a male and a female will likely mate and they could mate too young. If you post pictures of their undersides we may be able to tell.
