I had an egg laid a while back, when I found the egg it looked no good. I always keep any eggs unless it is for sure no good. I put it in the cooker but never made any real good notes on it. I did however number it but the number had smeered. It was either 163 or 183 both would have been due to hatch about the same time. I also did not make notes as to which cooker I put any of my eggs in as I just use the number to reference by. Now drop back a couple of weeks, I had problems with my cookers and lost quite a bit of eggs.At which point I was mad and did not keep up with the egg numbers that I threw away. And I can not find egg number 163 so I am assuming I threw it out. The following hatchling hatch night before last (4th) and I looked at the notes on what egg I thought it was(183) a sunglow. Now that I have taken more time to look at it and take a picture or two of it now I am not sure. What I am sure of is it can only of come from one of two pairings.
Egg # 163 is tremper het raptor to enigma
Egg # 183 is Sunglow to Sunglow
The eyes in the picture really look red but in fact they are a deep rich orange. I just want to hear others thoughts. I know that this one does not have enigma markers but I have 6 other sunglow hatchlings and none have came out with these kinda eyes.

I'd say #183... Looks like a typical (awesome head though) Sunglow/Hybino baby... I don't keep Trempers so I have no input about the eye color...

Btw, before reading your post I thought it was a Bell Hybino... ;)

Thats funny Mike, Thats the same thing I told Thomas. I said it looked like a bell. I was questioning what the parents were and thought they may have been het bell. If it is in fact a sunglow,it is going to be a real looker..:main_thumbsup:

Thanks for the replies guys. I should have just stuck with what I was 75% sure it was. As in it being a sunglow, BUT no other sunglow I hatched this year has the red eyes, just kinda threw me.
