To start off the pairing was a Mack Snow Raptor and a Raptor.

So they are one or the other. But these are my first Raptor hatchlings and I had someone on my facebook page tell me that they thought it was a Snow Raptor Glow. I know that they aren't truely patternless stripe but Raptor is used loosely now days for Tangerine Tremper Eclipse.

The only info i'm looking for on these girls is to make sure they aren't snow. They do look very pale and light colored to me, but they do show some color which leads me to believe they are just Raptors. I could be wrong though.

Thanks for your help and opinions and here's the pictures:

First photo has no flash. The next photos have flash used.

After looking for a long time I guess they're not snows, but it's hard to tell. I had a pairing where all the babies were a really pale yellow and it was really hard to tell whether or not they were snows.,

Does it get easier to identify "snow raptor" vs "raptor" as they get older? :O

It might get easier when they are older, but usually as snows grow older they tend to color up more and are usually tougher to visiually identify as snows.

Thanks Aliza, Hopefully I'll get more babies out of the pairing that are definitely either or that will help me identify these girls.

I agree, snow gets harder to ID as they get older. Unless your Raptors are seriously bright yellow I would guess neither is snow. Most of my snows have hatched out almost all white with black or purple markings. Even the really bright ones hatched white with glowing yellow undertones. They were really obviously snow for the first month or two. Pretty babies!!
