Need to know the morph of this little guy

Bought it at a petstore, girl said he was a normal, but i don't think so, since my normal has alot more black spots. Also, he has some little orange spots on the tail(not much tho). I think he is a high yellow, but i like to ask over here since you guys know this alot better than i do, i still need lots of observation to determine a morph.

As you can see there is a huge difference in spotting, and wouldn't a normal baby have big black stripes?

Are you serious lol? i bought it for 29$ :O if it turns out to be true ill be one happy dude ^_^

I would consider it to be a hypo, but the color isn't orange enough for me to say tangerine.
