I never use anything on small wounds and let the immune system of the gecko do its job. I tread bigger wounds (don't occur that much!) with something that's called "udder ointment" in Holland. It has a mild disinfect in it and keeps the skin nice, flexible and soft. Very big wounds (the once you really don't want to see on your geckos!) I tread with iodine tincture to disinfect it and than bandage.
