New and curious about this gecko

Hiya folks,

I found this cute little guy on my front window the other night and was hoping that someone on this forum could tell me what it is.

I live in Jerrabomberra (right next to Canberra) but can't find any on-line resource that lists geckos of the ACT.

If this is a new species I dibbs naming it "cutest lizardicus".

There are a lot of lizards that look like that here in Malaysia. Here we just refer to them as 'cicak'.

i do not think that is a mediterranean gecko.

oh, that looks like a spiny gecko, native to australia, i know urban gecko works with them and sell them for a few hundred bucks, very cute
