Hey guys so I finally realized that bearded dragons are the perfect reptile pet I have to say it took me some years. But I recently started breeding chameleons and leo's again and was looking for a cool reptile for my daughter. I never was into bearded dragons but I have been to two reptile expo's last month and they seem to be the new top lizard in town no offense lizard nation. I just never knew how tame they really were. Anyway here are some pics of my new bearded dragon his name is Red and he is about 6 months old I believe.
His setup is pretty simple their are still things I am adding to his cage but this is what I got for now. I have a 100w bulb for his basking spot and a 5.0 for his uvb. He can't climb up the bamboo but he gets half way up and likes to sit their.(20gal long)
Basking side with his favorite log spot (buying a new water dish)
Cold hide which he never uses.
My bearded dragon(he eats like a mad man)
