new blood

i havent named him yet, but hes quite a baby, my female is a little more than a year older them him, and im not too sure what to name him yet. but it will come to me eventually

I love blood pythons. I have wanted one for a while. Just don't have the room for them. If those things could fit in a 40 gallon breeder tank, I would so have one. I love the heavy bodies on them and the eyes. Good luck with him.

thanks guys. jess, there is one blood that stays under around 4', i dont remember what kind. and chris, yeah their bites are pretty bad, and hes not that tame just yet.

My friend told me a 2ft blood python bite is as bad as a 12ft red tail boa bite. Is this true?!?!

i wouldnt say that, but they do bite 3 or 4 times right in a row, and thats what makes them so bad

I would say Bloods are more Curious, I`ve never kept one just from seeing them. etc.

yeah i would have to agree with you nigel, cept only really with the sumatrans. ive found that most of the bloods tend to be a little on the agitated side.

thanks again. nichole, yeah hes still pretty small. ill get a pic of him in my hand as soon as he sheds, its kinda pointless to pick him up with a hook at this time
