Is a 30 Quart tub too big for a juvie crestie around 3-4 months of age?

All help is greatly appreciated...thanks in advance:D

My crestie was hatched on 1/8/09.
He currently weighs 4.8 grams (I just weighed him last night), and I have him in a medium sized Kritter keeper. It's PERFECT for him.

Do you know how much your crestie weighs?
Weight is usually what determines cage size changes.
Mine will be in a medium sized Kritter keeper for a while.

As long as he/she can find their food then it's okay. Watch them to see if they can find their food or look for poops. I've had Juvies that did well in big enclosures and I've had Juvies that I raised for 5-6 months in small Kriiter Keepers because they didn't do well in larger enclosures.

I keep all my small ones in critter keepers, too. They seem to be less stressed with the small space. I start with a pretty small keeper and then move up to the big ones. Once they are 15-20 grams, I move them to a cage. So far this has worked well for us. They are slow growers, so they're in the keepers for quite awhile.
